Primayer is now Ovarro!
We are excited to announce that the new name for Servelec Technologies and Primayer is Ovarro.
The rebrand is a significant step forward in bringing the knowledge and expertise of Servelec Technologies and Primayer together. All individual product brands within each businesses’ product portfolio will remain unchanged.
Adopting a single, unified brand identity will benefit customers by providing them with a wider range of end-to-end solutions for data collection, processing, monitoring and controlling critical and national infrastructure. These can tackle a diverse range of challenges from water network leak detection and leak location through to monitoring of liquid and gas distribution networks, telecommunications, power and transport assets.

What does this mean for customers & partners?
The Primayer and Servelec Technologies brand names will be phased out during the next few months and by the end of 2020 will be fully retired. Our product brand names will remain the same, but with a new look and feel.
A strengthened global presence, operating in multiple languages and time zones. With offices in the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Middle East, Malaysia, Australia and North America, plus a growing network of partners located throughout the world.
There will be little change to our working relationship. Ovarro is the same great people who will continue to support your needs, working together for your success. Billing and payment processes will not be changed, and there will be no impact on products currently in the field.
